12U 2007 Invades Reading!

The 12U 2007 team headed up to reading this weekend for the Stonersville Princesses of Pennsylvania Tournament. The team went 3-0 in pool play thanks to an explosive offense powered by the bats and aggressive base running scoring 28 runs in 3 games. Sunday saw a slow down on offense so the team stepped up their pitching and defense allowing only 4 runs in 2 games capped off by a 2-1 finish in the championship game to take home the tournament and finish 5-0 for the weekend! Next weekend, the team gets the weekend off for the first time in two months before heading back to the field Father’s Day weekend for the Gary Beal tournament.
