Big shoutout to 14u Invasion (Simmers) for getting some national press!

In April, the girls traveled down to Fairfax to play in the Virginia Glory Spring Invitational against teams from all over the east coast. After going 1-2 on Saturday and not giving up many runs, the team fought their way into the Gold Bracket as the 16th seed on Sunday. Their first game Sunday morning was against the 1 seed, Virginia Unity, who went 3-0 on Saturday and did not give up any runs. These Invasion girls were the talk of the complex after taking down the 1 seed 4-2 to advance to the quarterfinals! Great win for these girls and the Invasion program! Sky is the limit, keep up the good work!
